Gag Press Straightener
New for 2011 is our Heavy Duty Gag Press. It comes with dual axles and double I beam construction.This Unit has the capabilities of straightening up to 5" Hevi Wate Drill Pipe and small Drill Collars. The on-load and off-load bars allow for quick set up on normal height Drill Pipe racks.

Bison Distributor
Coffey Mfg. is now an OEM Distributor for Bison Toolmex Corporation. We offer all of the different size Bison chucks and replacement partsfor all Hardbanding or Plasma machine applications.

De-Denter
Heavy Duty De-Denter Machine for removing mashes in the slip area on used tubing. After the dent is removed it can then be drifted with an API spec drift. Coffey Mfg. recommends that this unit only be used on J and K material.

New Design In-Plant Unit
Now offering an In-Plant Hardbander for pipe yard locations. This model will handle Drill Pipe, Hevi Wate Drill Pipe including the center wear pad and Drill Collars. The chuck I.D. is 8 1/4". These Units can be installed in a shipping container for over seas shipping or to keep out of the weather.

New Facility Completed
Coffey Mfg., LLC has completed a new 15,000' manufacturing facility. This expansion will give us more diversity towards Hard Band equipment solutions and better turn around time for our customers.
